Getting there:

From the South: Cross the high bridge (i.e. Victoria Bridge) across the Waikato River and into Cambridge. The GPO Bar & Brasserie is in the old Post Office Building on the left by the first pedestrian crossing you come to. And that is a few metres before the main round-about in the centre of the town.

From the North, travel into Cambridge town and down to the roundabout in the middle of the town shopping centre. Go straight thrpough the round-about and you immediately meet a pedestrian crossing. The pedestrian crossing leads to the GPO Bar & Brasserie on the right side of the road.

From the West, Basically you make your way to Cambridge and depending on which side of the Waikato river you've approached Cambridge you will follow the instructions for coming from the South or the North.

From the East, you'd be coming via Karapiro. If on the North side of Lake Karapiro/Waikato River, just turn left into Duke Street after crossing the bridge as you enter the commercial area of Carters Flat. Duke street goes immeiately up the hill where there are traffic islands and the road swings to the left onto Carters Flat. Make sure you veer off the main highway and up though the traffic islands. Carry on into the shopping centre up to the central round-about and turn left. You immediately reach the pedestrian crossing and the GPO Bar & Brasserie is on your right. The pedestrian crossing leads to it.
If you're coming from the East but on the south side of Lake Karapiro/Waikato River you will travel into Leamington and turn left into Shakespeare Road. Travel along Shakespeare Road until you go down-hill to the round-about where Cook Street branches off to the left. Turn left and travel along to the next round-about which allows you to turn right onto the high-bridge (Victoria bridge). Now read the instructions for approaching from the South.
